01. About Our Services

Lubna Butt Marriage Bureau provides professional matrimonial and matchmaking services to individuals and families seeking suitable marriage proposals.

Our services may include:

• Profile registration
• Profile assessment
• Personalized matchmaking
• Presentation of suitable proposals
• Communication and coordination between interested families
• Assistance in arranging introductions
• Follow-up and matchmaking guidance

Our role is to facilitate matrimonial introductions and matchmaking. We do not arrange or guarantee a marriage.

02. Eligibility

By registering with Lubna Butt Marriage Bureau, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or are legally represented where permitted.
• The information you provide is truthful and accurate.
• You have the authority to provide any information submitted on behalf of another person.
• You will inform us if your circumstances materially change.

Where a parent or family member registers a profile on behalf of an adult candidate, they confirm that they have the candidate's knowledge and appropriate authorization.

03. Registration

Registration is required before we provide our full matchmaking services.

The registration process may require:

• Personal information
• Family information
• Photographs
• Matrimonial preferences
• Identification/KYC information
• Other information reasonably required for matchmaking and verification

Submission of a registration form does not automatically guarantee acceptance of a profile. We reserve the right to review, verify, approve, reject, or request clarification regarding submitted information.

04. Registration Fee

A registration fee/service charge is payable to activate the client's profile and initiate our matchmaking services.

The registration fee may cover the initial work involved in:

• Profile processing
• Consultation
• Client assessment
• Matchmaking research
• Proposal identification
• Communication
• Administrative expenses
• Other initial matchmaking activities

Registration is not considered active until the applicable registration fee has been received and confirmed.

05. Registration Validity

Lubna Butt Marriage Bureau offers two registration validity options:

3-Month Registration

Valid for three (3) months from the date of registration/payment.

Standard 1-Year Registration

Valid for one (1) year from the date of registration/payment.

The applicable validity period will depend on the registration package selected by the client and will be communicated at the time of registration.

Once the selected validity period expires, the client may be required to renew or re-register in accordance with the applicable fee and package available at that time.

The registration validity period does not guarantee a specific number of proposals, a successful match, engagement, or marriage.

06. Non-Refundable Registration Fee

The registration fee is generally non-refundable and non-transferable once the service has been activated or work has commenced.

This is because the fee covers initial administrative, consultation, matchmaking, communication, and operational expenses incurred by the Bureau.

Any exceptional refund or adjustment will be considered at the discretion of Lubna Butt Marriage Bureau, subject to applicable law and any specific written agreement with the client.

07. Service Packages and Fees

Our matchmaking packages may vary depending on:

• Client requirements
• Nature of the case
• Profile category
• Required level of matchmaking assistance
• Duration and scope of service

Applicable service charges will be communicated to the client before the relevant package is activated.

Package prices may be negotiable in certain cases at the discretion of the Bureau. The applicable fee agreed upon with the client will govern the relevant service.

08. No Guarantee of Marriage or Specific Match

Lubna Butt Marriage Bureau does not guarantee:

• Marriage within a specific period
• A specific number of proposals
• Acceptance of a proposal
• Mutual interest between families
• Compatibility between two individuals
• Engagement or marriage
• Any particular financial, educational, professional, social, or family characteristic of a proposed match

Marriage decisions are ultimately made independently by the individuals and/or their families. Our responsibility is to facilitate suitable introductions based on the information and preferences available to us.

09. Nature of Matchmaking

We make reasonable efforts to identify proposals based on the information provided by clients.

However, matchmaking involves individual preferences, circumstances, and decisions that may change over time. A proposal that appears suitable based on the available information may not ultimately be suitable after communication or family interaction.

Therefore, the Bureau does not guarantee that every proposal presented will meet every preference or expectation.

10. Verification and Due Diligence

We may conduct reasonable verification or KYC procedures where appropriate.

However, clients acknowledge that information supplied by candidates or their families may change or may not always be independently verifiable in every respect.

Clients are responsible for conducting their own final due diligence before entering into any engagement, marriage, or other commitment. This may include independently verifying:

• Identity
• Marital status
• Education
• Employment
• Business information
• Financial circumstances
• Family background
• References
• Legal status
• Any other information important to the client

Lubna Butt Marriage Bureau should not be considered a substitute for independent legal, financial, or personal due diligence.

11. Confidentiality

We treat matrimonial information as confidential and take reasonable measures to protect client information.

Personal contact information, such as phone numbers, WhatsApp numbers, and email addresses, is not publicly displayed on the website as part of a matrimonial profile.

Relevant information may be shared with a potential match or family where necessary to facilitate a matrimonial introduction.

Once information has been voluntarily shared with another individual or family as part of an introduction, we cannot control how that recipient subsequently uses or stores the information.

12. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and complete information. You must promptly inform us if there is a material change in:

• Marital status
• Engagement status
• Contact information
• Employment
• Location
• Family circumstances
• Matrimonial requirements

You must not deliberately conceal material information that could reasonably affect a matrimonial decision.

13. Prohibited Conduct

Clients must not use our services to:

• Misrepresent their identity
• Provide fraudulent documents
• Submit another person's photographs without authorization
• Harass or threaten another person
• Request money from another client through our services or introductions
• Engage in fraud or deception
• Obtain personal information for unrelated purposes
• Misuse another person's photographs or profile information
• Promote businesses or unrelated services
• Engage in illegal activities
• Create fake or duplicate profiles

We may suspend or terminate a profile where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

14. Communication Between Clients

Where a proposal receives mutual interest, the Bureau may facilitate communication or introductions between the relevant parties.

Clients are responsible for their own conduct during and after such communication. The Bureau does not control private conversations, decisions, meetings, relationships, engagements, or marriages between clients and their families.

15. No Public Display of Contact Information

For privacy and security reasons, client contact information is not intended to be publicly displayed on matrimonial profiles.

Clients must not attempt to obtain, publish, distribute, or misuse another client's private contact information without their consent.

16. Profile Approval and Removal

We reserve the right to:

• Approve or reject a profile
• Request additional information
• Request identity verification
• Temporarily suspend a profile
• Remove inaccurate or misleading information
• Remove a profile that violates these Terms
• Terminate services where necessary to protect our clients or business

Where reasonably appropriate, we may communicate the reason for such action.

17. Website Content and Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, trademarks, and other materials, is owned by or used with permission by Lubna Butt Marriage Bureau unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, or commercially exploit our website content without prior written permission.

18. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website available and functioning properly.

However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, completely secure, or free from technical problems.

The website may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, hosting problems, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

19. Third-Party Services

Clients are responsible for providing accurate payment information. We do not intentionally store complete payment card details unless specifically required and lawfully permitted through the relevant payment system.

21. Limitation of Responsibility

Lubna Butt Marriage Bureau provides matchmaking and introduction services. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for:

• Decisions made independently by clients
• Personal relationships formed after introductions
• Engagements or marriages between clients
• Statements made by candidates or families
• Personal disputes between clients
• Financial transactions between clients
• Personal losses resulting from decisions independently made by clients
• Circumstances outside our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

22. Independent Decision-Making

All decisions regarding whether to communicate, meet, proceed with a proposal, become engaged, or marry remain entirely with the relevant individuals and families.

Clients should make their own independent decisions after conducting appropriate verification and due diligence.

23. Complaints

If you have a concern regarding our services, another profile, or the conduct of a client, please contact us promptly:

We will review complaints reasonably and may take appropriate action based on the information available to us.

24. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services if:

• Information provided is fraudulent or materially misleading
• A client violates these Terms & Conditions
• A client engages in harassment, abuse, fraud, or illegal activity
• A client misuses another person's information
• Payment obligations are not fulfilled
• Continued service would create a security, legal, or reputational risk

Termination does not automatically create a right to a refund of fees already paid, subject to applicable law and any specific written agreement with the client.

25. Changes to These Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, website, business practices, or applicable legal requirements.

Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after an update may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

26. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in Pakistan.

Subject to any mandatory legal requirements, disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lahore, Pakistan.

27. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.

28. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with any specific written service agreement, package terms, registration form, and applicable policies provided to the client, constitute the understanding between the client and Lubna Butt Marriage Bureau regarding the relevant services.

Where a specific written agreement conflicts with these general Terms & Conditions, the specific written agreement may govern the relevant service to the extent permitted by applicable law.
